Dr. Costa is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He takes a whole-person approach to wellness, identifying the underlying causes of disruption so the body can function at its best and support your health journey.

DOT Physicals

Quick, convenient DOT physicals — same day.

A quick and convenient physical helps commercial and non-commercial drivers fulfill the regulatory Department of Transportation and Department of Public Safety requirements. All commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers and hoisting & hydraulic license holders are required to have a DOT Medical Examination every two years.
